Keep the tape measure firm and level, but not tight, you should be able to place one finger under the tape. If possible, ask someone to measure you.

CARE: Cool hand wash separately. Do not bleach or soak. Roll in towel to remove excess water. Dry flat away from direct heat. Do not tumble dry. Lightly iron on lowest setting on reverse on hems and edges to maintain the crinkle effect. Do not dry clean.
