Change Of Mind Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Shop with confidence knowing you can easily return or exchange your items within 30 days.

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fella Hamilton will gladly:

  • FULL PRICE: Refund, exchange, or issue store credit.
  • PROMOTIONAL EVENT: Refund, exchange, or issue store credit.
  • SALE: Exchange or issue store credit. Refunds are available for SALE /s if deemed faulty as described below.
  • All return items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached with original invoice within 30 days of purchase.
  • Unless deemed faulty, no return or refund on underwear for hygiene reasons.

The following time frames apply for online and mail order purchases:

  • Online and Mail Order (Australia/New Zealand): 30 days from tax invoice date.
  • Online (International): 45 days from tax invoice date.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our change of mind policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and you have consumer guarantees that cannot be limited by us. If your product is not acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

ONLINE CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed.

  • Amendments may include but are not limited to:
  • Change to delivery address
  • Change of colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement, prior to proceeding to the checkout.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECTLY DESCRIBED ITEMS
When returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described item, Fella Hamilton will refund your return postage cost upon presentation of tax invoice. RETURN TENDER
Refunds for all purchases In-store, Online and Mail Order will be given using your original payment method. EFTPOS/Credit card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the purchase).
