Return or exchange your purchase within 21 days at any Fella Hamilton store (excluding the Clearance Outlet)
IN-STORE RETURNS
Exchange or return your in-store purchase within 21 days at any Fella Hamilton store (excluding the Clearance Outlet).
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Fella Hamilton will gladly:
- FULL PRICE: Refund, exchange, or issue store credit.
- PROMOTIONAL EVENT: Refund, exchange, or issue store credit.
- SALE: Exchange or issue store credit. Refunds are available for SALE /s if deemed faulty as described below.
- All return items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached with original invoice within 21 days of purchase.
- No Return or Refund on items sold as defective, a second, or a sample.
- Unless deemed faulty, no Return or refund on underwear for hygiene reasons.
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
- In-store purchases: Returns can only be returned in-store (Fella Hamilton online cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased in-store)

Please note: Orders placed online using PayPal cannot be refunded in-store, exchange or credit note only. Refunds must be returned by post to the online department for processing. https://fellahamilton.com.au/pages/returns-post
In the case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items after inspection.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM AT A STORE
- Simply show your online tax invoice and credit card used for your purchase at any Fella Hamilton store within 21 days from tax invoice date along with your purchase
- Please note:
- International orders cannot be returned at Fella Hamilton stores.
- Orders paid via Paypal cannot be refunded at a Fella Hamilton store. Fella Hamilton is happy to provide an exchange or credit note.
- If exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting.
