Returning Your Purchase

• Online and Mail Order Purchases: Returns can be posted to Fella Hamilton 302 Chesterville Road Moorabbin, Vic, 3189. Or any Fella Hamilton store (excluding Clearance outlet)
• In-store purchases: Returns can only be returned in-store (Fella Hamilton online cannot process returns or exchanges for items that have been purchased in-store)
• Please note: Orders placed online using PayPal cannot be returned or refunded in-store. These must be returned by post to the Moorabbin address above for processing.

Items purchased online can be returned in store within 21 days with proof of purchase. In case of online purchases, refunds will not include the cost of shipping, except as provided below. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

How To Return Or Exchange An Item At A Store

• Simply show your online receipt and credit card used for your purchase at any Fella Hamilton store within 21 days from tax invoice date.
• International orders cannot be returned at Fella Hamilton stores.
• Orders payed via Paypal cannot be returned at a Fella Hamilton store.
• If exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting.
